Trinity Group's project (high rise) is normally parallel with the LRT line (to-built). You can opt for LRT then...

Project was delayed for launching. According to source is after CNY 2011.

Anyhow, the showroom was ready for viewing at the Zest.

Parklane maintenance is less than RM200-00 p.m.

Meanwhile, Z-Residence is inviting its business associates for preview next week.

Tower A poolview almost fully sold. Around RM320psf.

Bukit OUG view still got a lot. But price will increase to RM330+psf on 1 Apr 2011.

There is a sky lounge on top of every tower. So try to avoid units right beside and underneath the sky lounge cos will be noisy if there is function ongoing.

I believe RM330psf is for Tower A (Bukit OUG view). When Tower B is opened up, the garden view will be selling at at least RM350-360psf.

For me, I will prefer the inside view or the KLCC/Kesas view rather than the Bukit OUG view cos you will be overseeing the old Bukit OUG condo.

p/s: North-West orientation for all units.

Well, perhaps it is just story. But anyhow, still got 4 days to go to know the real fact. Lets anticipate. Heard the biggest unit has L-shape terrace. All biggest units are corner unit as well. 1,0xxsf one is very limited, and comes with 2 rooms only.

Heard KM1 selling more than RM400psf (RM600psf I heard) still 95% fully booked. Dunno how true is it.

Hmm, seems like both side (facing in and outside) also not so good. One drawback that I realised was the main trunk road that lead to the main entrance is shared among the MAX and KIARA development. Should there is any unscrupulous people start to park beside the road, it will congest the whole in-out road, just like what happened to Putramas, Kelana Putera & Puteri....

Even if its not from the resident, those car-parker may be the LRT Commuters.

Think twice for me...maybe skip...haiz...

Went to the trinity office today. Yesterday insider mentioned poolview fully booked is true and today, even bukit OUG view also almost fully booked.

Those who wana avoid crowds on this coming friday can go to trinity office these few days. Who knows still can get nice view unit.

p/s: I have booked a unit as well.
