was there this morning. The garden view is going faster than Kinrara view. The better units are being snatched up fast. Suprising the corner Unit facing the garden and nearer to the swimming pool is going slower. Heard some said that it's because there is a gap in front - between Block C and D. Apparently this gap creates sharp killing qi and it's directly towards the corner unit. The smaller units averall is going much faster.
