I heard some said this happened sometimes.
When the developer havent get the AP to launch the project (due to final architect plan belum approved), but they still want to launch cepat and get cash.
The booking fee might not direct paid to that developer but 3rd party such as lawyer firm etc, I not sure how true is this but my lawyer fren said some developer suka do macam ini la.. doh.gif

icic, thats why la..if you see the terms and conditions at the receipt...the T&N is protect developers but not buyers wan..
next time really have to check carefully before sign anything...nowadays..many ppl love to cari LAW LUBANG to protect themself...
