Hi.. mind to share why this one is the Most Worst among the less projects? i tot Tiara Mutiara that side OUG parklane also deep in and not near to LRT? but if compared this Z-res just near to LRT? but road accessible i dunno lah

Ei!!??? blue line is LRT route? sure boh...? or below a bit??? if i not mistaken... should be beside Bukit OUG condo... there empty land for it...

i think different area... becos some of the project are already "split" by the Highway, like R8, T.Mutiara, OUG parklane is above the Highway,
Rainz, Kiara and this ZR is same area which more near to LRT?

your questions similar like PA1120... i remember that time was end of 2009, many ppl get shocked with such high density 1120 units.. now accordingly to Trend today... it seems like 1000++ is begin normal liao... let;s see how 1120 works... then same with be apply to this

latest NEW - since many ppl register and Good response .. price NOW start RM320psf (initially they claim <=RM300psf)... damn...be aware, the Developer admin will always monitor the market response by viewing this LYN, Real Estate ...forum...the more Hot discussion and some potential buyers show desprate "face" .. then Developer will laugh and increase $ /psf and you all still go for it... shocking.gif

They are clever and smart, said going to sell phase by phase... then in MAPEX said price should be xxx/psf, then many ppl was attract to register... now they can "smile" a lot of potential buyers... then price could possible to be RM320-RM350 psf (not finalized due to see our response lah)...if Good price goes up else remain the previous price...

dunno Parklane got swmming?

4000 units x assume 1 units stay with average 4 persons = 16000 ppl...

imagine half of it go to swimming on the sametimes,,, the pool can fit 8000? ehehhe... but impossible lah...normaly if i saw the swimming pool > 20 ppls then i lazy to go liao..i think this one .....

so, you pay maintainance fees for ...xxxxx....?

Guys, do u think worth to invest in this place? today i tried to went there... bukit OUG... nothing special... nothing big mega projects/malls will built there expcet 1 coming STAR LRT nearby (under contruction)
