Is that Z residence open for booking? why i call up sales office said booking only open after soft luanch on 1 april 2011.

4 blocks >1000 units is that very high density? If can really sale hot i think the developer sure can find big money..

Look careful that area have 3 development going on. Z have 4 blocks plus the other 2 developer 4 blocks. total 8 blocks sit site by site.

Imiging future the trafic flow. good luck those already booked.

Example land size like Z residences just a small spot land sure the development won't interest to build landed property. To maximum the investment build highrise condo will return most to them. E.g 4 blocks total unit 1000 x average selling price 350K mean 35 million. That’s why you can see why nowadays new launches all are highrise projects. I think you are right now just see when the market collapse only sweat.gif

Today try searching the actual site location found that the ZR location really not impress me. There is not access at all wonder future how to go out? what i can see is the current we need bypass the factory before reach. those already made booking have your doing enough research??
