Why do they need a Viola show unit? I taught they sold 95% of Viola on the 1st day?

Viola... I dropped by last sat.. but not allowed to enter.. just watch from the gate... so folks better check with TTDI before dropping by...

Well... it is a sample unit for Viola so viola owners want to see what kind of houses they are going to get... I chat with my neighbor last Sunday and he told me that he already went there to see the Viola show house. He got the info from the Spira guards...Not sure how he went in...


It's different from Spira as we could see the show house before we buy our houses and we know what kind of house we are going to get.

The intention may be to showcase their work and to gain existing and potential buyers' confidence that TTDI Alam Impian is going to be THE township

i think the sample house for viola still not open for viewing yet..... as naing said it is a sample unit or mock up unit. they are not going to furnish the house i guess, since the respective unit already sold. this is normal practice and mock up unit will be set as std guide. i heard the sample house delay due to design changes for aluminium louvers at master bathroom. supposed only people inside bathroom can view outside, but now both can.

I suppose if we can have a look at the unit, our I.D. ppl can start working on the disigns
