I can't believe that the buyers are still buying the house in TTDI AI even if 20x70/80 house price jump from 430k to 606k if the indicative price for phase 4 is true. As long as the buyers are there, TTDI has no problem raising the price!

Yeap, an increase of close to 41% if prices are confirmed. Good investment for those who bought ealier phase, such as Spira, Viola.

It will take at least 2-3 years to have everything we need inside Alam Impian.

And we still don't have Residential Association for Spira yet. Since a few agenda such as fogging and UNIFI issues, probably we should discuss about founding a residential association.

So far no shop office launching but someone from TTDI said that everything will be ready by 2015. if so, I guess TTDI will launch them in 2012.

Hi, thanks for the info. Tried to get one unit in spira DSL previously but unsuccessful. Will try again. Hope it is still cheaper than the new launch. Can't enter the G&G are to view which houses are for sales. Any one can help
