yesterday my husband went to TTDI office to send the keys and the house defect form, spoken to Encik Yusoff about the TS issues and he replied my email as follows:

 
"We acknowledge receipt of your complaint defects form and the keys. As for the contractor issue, I will highlight to our Property Management department and will ask them to investigate this issue".

General Renovation Guidelines:

1) If there is a wall, break it down
2) If there is no wall, erect one

As I posted earlier, one of my neighbors is selling his houses, a corner lot, an end-lot and an intermediate. All are type C, 24x70. It's in Jln PA 121. The pricing is very cheap, asking 560k for intermediate(launch price was 510k). Since it is too cheap, maybe bumi-lots:)  Anyway, you should check it out www.propertycentre.com.my as you might get a good deal.

And if you are interested in corner lot, why don't you try in Viola from TTDI. Someone earlier posted that corner lots pricing from 690k is still available in Viola. I would definitely go for Viola corner instead of buying a sub-sale intermediate in Spira.

Renovation? I guess you could extend it in the back side. I don't see anyone doing major renovation in Spira.

A bit dizzy today after call education dept. TTDI cfmd our spira hse correct postcode is 40470...not as per S&P shown.I called PPD Klang,they told me our hse under PPD Petaling Perdana. I called HQ Shah Alam cfmd...PPD Klang. Mananya sekolah anak anak ku.....

Hi Jenn, I did have some water accidentally poured onto the laminated floor. water seeps in (is this normal?) and now the area makes that squishy sound when stepped on.

Went to TTDI Alam Impian... it quite "dalam"...

Majority are undeveloped land... got one guy guiding a lot of kambing to somewhere.... got ladang kelapa sawit too... =.=''

once go out from Alam Impian, need to pay toll....

if more than 500K, better buy double storey at Ampang/Cheras with smaller build up...

Nope... I have nothing to do with TTDI:) And I am just a house owner in Spira.

But someone come and say that you guys are stupid enough to buy in a place with so many faults, what would you do? If the facts are right, I would keep quite and accept that I am stupid enough to buy in a place with so many cons:) if not, I have to tell him that he is stupid enough to think that the place has so many cons:)

Regarding TTDI, I am trying to be fair in here. If every developer is doing it, why single out TTDI? I went to I&P to check a Nuklian in AI before I bought in Spira, they said the same, one house was available due to loan problem:) And Gamuda, Sime derby and many more......

Yeah... you are totally right. As long as we are happy with the place, it doesn't really matter what other are saying:) And I am really happy with what I have in Spira.

Again, I have nothing to do with TTDI and don't have any friends and relatives working there too:)

Mine is the laminate floor boards push up against each other and caused high points at the joints, according to the ttdi contractor (I can't recall his name) this is workmanship problem, they didn't do it properly. Very obvious in room 2 and 3. No choice need to submit the complaint form.

Am new to this thread. Can someone please share if there is any new launching in Alam Impian and/or Denai Alam for Terrace? Preferably GNG concept.
