i went to ttdi last week. 80% of sephira had been sold..only left 2 middle units and few end units..price starting from 600k+ (i can't remember exactly)

he said there will be new launch next month but no info on what model & price..just register and wait to be called..
anyone have better info on this? smile.gif

but u can try to apply advance loan from bank..i think HSBC had offered once.

I also saw the floorpan already.
Yep it is confirm no courtyard for this phase. but it has thin balcony at master bedroom.
also, Aquina will has a store room and 2 kitchen (wet & dry)
