(5)pay monthly interest for 2 years(estimated)
(6)after 2 year once receive key start paying monthly payment to the bank

is this right.....meaning either than booking fee,down payment,s&p lawyer fee all starts after completed the unit.

next week will be 4th phase launch but for DSL n as previous there will be 3 types. rumours, it will be additional 40k from sephira price and from the layout looks like no more courtyard. i think naza ttdi will launch bungalow first and the price around 2 to 2.2 mill.

It seems like you are in-love with TTDI AI and always come back to it again and again. I was undecided for almost 1 year to buy a house in Shah Alam looking around Kota Kemuning, Bukit Rimau, Alam Impian and Kemuning Utama but it was very easy decision for me when I see Spira. The modern house design, the neighborhood layout with houses circling the play ground and G&G concepts are hard to resist for me.
