If im not mistaken theres no maintenance fee for Spira. Security free for 2 years then resident must form a community. As for the landscape, they will maintain it for free.

I dont know about viola. But the Spira and the Shoplot, some guys had their maids to line up at 6am just to get in line.

The sales person said, the maid camp there overnight. But im quite skeptical.

My experience AFTER booking of Spira on the day itself

1. She said Spira not ready for move in. Earliest End Jan.
2. MOT not covered by developer.

Marketeers!

Added on December 30, 2010, 10:32 amany idea how much will it cost to renovate put fixtures and fittings, furnitures into Spira type home? (just like the show unit)
*
Yeah im interested to know also. Anyone got the interior pics of the show unit? I heard the interior for the show unit costs about 100k.

How much would that be? The info from the sales agent is the showunit is RM641,000.

Standard unit for 22x70 is 453k. It's way over-priced but it came down from 711k when I asked for it in Nov.
*
Owh i forgot to mention the unit size. Its the showunit house No.20 for the 20' x 70' unit (im not sure about the unit number and size might be 22x70 or 20x70). Land area 1539sf, Build up 1979sf. This showroom unit's price was around RM450,000 + another RM100,000 renovation if im not mistaken.

This forum is the place where we share our opinion so please don't get too personal and be objective. We all want to have a nice and peaceful community in TTDI AI so please don't start it with a fight...smile.gif

And regarding kindergarten in Spira, whatever we say in here doesn't count at all..smile.gif

We, Spira owners, will form a RA soon and this RA will decide on this issue. The decision of RA should reflect the opinion of the majority of Spira owners.

I will try to talk to a few existing owners to form a RA this weekend and see what we can do together.
Hey... Jeghui, Kemm, Jonas, Shakey, Wan, Narayan, Hbm, Melisa, Anti-garra, Engm85...come out and say something about forming RA for the Spira's sake..smile.gif

Hi im from Spira too. I hope there will be a RA soon. Need to discuss who will take over the guard post ect.

Edit: +1

(4th vote for niang)

Another concern is the viola roof. I hope the roof is not a design failure as there is a flat roof which  looking from the complete unit there is no rain gutter. This worries me as if there is no rain gutter, where is the water flowing? This is just my concern, my concern is based on my view on the complete unit. If there is a roof plan in the S&p, then we will know the roof design. Anyone here know about the viola roof design?

Appreciate all feedback  smile.gif

For the

My Spira unit is the only one in my street the rain water flows backwards into the car porch. I was driving around when it was raining lightly and i could see most car porch was dry except for a few. They say they are going to fix it.

The roof is not Flat viewed from the top. Theres 2 draining point which is lower then the other part of the roof. Rain water should go through here, and access water should just flow to the front if im not mistaken. During heavy rain, water will still go over all 4 corners.
