Haha, yeah, can finally get wifi in the class, now I can visit more frequently. But for a month or so only, november onwards flying everyday for 3 months, definitely gonna loose all that water weight..
Sarah, dont stop la, not worth it..keep pushing, jia you!!

Max, try the woodchop exercise with dumbells, use light weights. If u can train yourself to follow the proper technique and stance, you'll be loosing those love handles in a couple of months, I promise.
My levis 501 from size 42 in January, down to 32, just bought a few weeks ago. I think my waist is about 31+ now. rclxm9.gif

Lazy doesn't mean that I don't go. Lazy coz the jogging place is quite far from home, my area is not suitable. I force myself to go there by car. Treadmill is too boring to me. So if bicycle is effective too, I could cut some of my jogging schedule, tho I don't jog that much coz I play futsal 3-4 times per week.

hey ya, i m drinking a hmm some kinda of herbs.

it fluid out all the shitty after i ate.

normally if i found myself craving for food on de day, i will drink it.

peepz, plus fuel in fighting weight loss!!! we are the best!!

i m not really check for it.

but for a weight loss in progress persom, we can only take ard 1.8k calories per day.

just bare in mind, u must reduce the intake foods of the day.

in case u ate a bit much more in the lunch, try eat lil in de nite.

i usually do like tat larh.

i got a new tips that i applied on myself.

i try not to sit much after meals.

means either i stand or hmm "kangkung' but not just sitting there.

it really works, at least my tights are getiing smaller n firmmer.

Not stopping la, still far from my goal so can't afford to stop half way. It's just sometimes will be a bit lazy, wanting to pamper myself so cook a bit more fancy food such as chicken chop and etc, but instead of deep fried, my chicken chop is steamed type, the most also grilled sweat.gif

Hi I'm new in this forum. nice meeting you all. seem like interesting discussion on how to lose weight. to me, it's all about lifestyle. we as malaysian having all the good food around us, it's just irresistible. i think most people get it wrong when it come to diet, meaning go starving, eating the wrong food thinking it's low in fat, and portion of meal, etc.

i also think that exercise alone doesn't help much if the diet program didn't change. just imagine now u may have the energy to do long hours of exercise that require high physical but the question is until when? maybe in 2 or 3 years time u cannot maintain that amount of exercise and is it practical to hav time to do exercise. once going back from work, it's dark already and we are tired.

the key to losing weight is the right way of diet. when getting older can we do much of exercise.

Was 104kg in December last year if not mistaken, then went up to 108kg when I STARTED working out. After a few weeks, the fats just kept shedding off really fast, then as I started to put on more muscle, still went down, but slowly. Nowadays, I'm not really worried about my weight anymore as my bodyfat percentage is below 12, which is where I intend to keep it. Whatever weight I have on me now, I know is muscle, so not really bothered if I gain or loose 1-2kgs in a week because gaining or loosing it back is just a matter of spending a few extra hours at the gym each week.

HAHAHAHA, I know exactly how it feels. Nevermind Sarah, giving yourself a cheat day once in a while is actually recommended. Just don't do it too often, or you'll be tempted to go back to the "dark side". I've almost done it myself a couple of times, but thank God I've got friends who will shoot me kao-kao if I even think of it, I call it negatively giving positive reinforcement. tongue.gif

My simple rule of thumb, if u dont NEED it, dont THINK ABOUT consuming it in the first place. But thats just me, haha.. whistling.gif

well..
first month is hard..
always temp to eat..
walk in kitchen look at table got sum food..
feel so hungry again..
realy trying to fight off the eating problem..

heheh..
and my gf dont want me to be muscular..
i said "how about a little muscle?"
like rain (bi) or taylor lautner?
she said "NO!" hahah
maybe im gonna get rid of my love handle and abs..

cheating won't make u any progress.. if u cheating once in week, u will see the different, if u cheat everyday, so bye2...
I'm still enjoy chocolate cake, pizza, kfc, limited time special mcd burger once a week.. diet will not make u suffer.. clean food for 5days, 2 days cheat still acceptable..

suppose u doing it for urself, not for other people included your love. now, she said don't want.. later she will accept about it.
fat is not something to keep in large size, muscle is yes..

I will not going out, if my stomach is still empty. eat first at the right time, n go out.. make sure it's enough with the nutrient u want, not just take it to fill ur stomach..
