Lazy doesn't mean that I don't go. Lazy coz the jogging place is quite far from home, my area is not suitable. I force myself to go there by car. Treadmill is too boring to me. So if bicycle is effective too, I could cut some of my jogging schedule, tho I don't jog that much coz I play futsal 3-4 times per week.

i got a new tips that i applied on myself.

i try not to sit much after meals.

means either i stand or hmm "kangkung' but not just sitting there.

it really works, at least my tights are getiing smaller n firmmer.

aza aza fighting!

Dude seriously, stay off those freaking fat burners man, I'm not saying they dont work, but at the same time, I cannot tahan when people try to "pill" themselves to good health. Look at the long run mate, u start taking lipo6 now. Lets say, after a few weeks of using, u see some weight loss, ok fine, you're happy. Then u start reading that fat burners are recommended to be taken in cycles, which means, u take it for a few weeks straight, then lay off them for a few more. Now, your body was so bloody dependent on those pills that it now cannot burn its own fat as effectively. U see, when u think of taking something, look at it in the long run. Sure, supplement companies might come up with wonder pills to help u loose weight NOW, but at what cause in the future?
As for protein shakes, yes, if u are working out hard, and u need that extra bit of protein for muscle recovery and solid mass building, by all means, go for it. If not, all you're gonna be doing is paying for expensive pee, because that is where the excessive unabsorbed protein will go..
*
its a bit hard o get a pure soy protein to drink, trust me on this!

i been looking for organic purely protein back to ages ago

hmm if u want a economic one,

u can try the cosway protein powder costed ard 10rm.

orelse u can go for milelea protein ard 15rm.

but i feel the milelea got suger added tats y i quit it

I've tried quite a few brands, and the best bang for buck for me is Optimum Nutrition whey protein.

Soy is a legume. Vegetable.
Protein is a nutrient.

They are 2 different things. Protein can be sourced from multiple sources, soy being one of them so you get soy protein.

Ah, who are 'they' in the sentence 'they said protein makes ppl fatter'? This is how most myths start, by making statements attributed to no one in particular. Protein can make you fatter. Carbs can make you fatter. Fats can make you fatter. Let's generalize a bit and say food can make you fatter (That's what carbs, protein and fats are, food). Can food make you fat? Definitely. So where does this leave us?

What makes people fatter isn't food. Food is a necessity. What makes people fat is lack of exercise and generally sitting on their bums all day. Fact.
vinesh22 has got a point on the different composition of protein powders, I eyeball the nutritional label on each product. You all should too. Even down to peanut butter, I make healthier choices by reading the labels. Just by switching peanut butter brands, I cut out 100 calories without any effort. Food is your tool, not your enemy. Make it work for you.

2 half boiled eggs and chappati is fine, but go really easy on the curry. Just enough to give you some taste, curry ain't good. If you want to replace that tea with fresh milk, I say go ahead. But make it low fat milk.

Fruits for Morning Break is ok.

You might want to halve your lunch rice portion and replace with more vegetables if you're feeling hungry. Sometimes go without rice even to restrict your carb intake. I don't take rice when I'm trying to cut down.

Your diet looks set, you success on your weight loss will now depend on what you're doing for exercise and the intensity.

What exactly is this organic drink? How will it make you lose weight?
It can't be a magic drink with negative calories that makes you lose weight instantly right? smile.gif

I don't like dropping brand names because I believe we live too much on brands and too little on the contents of the product. That said, I am not too keen on certain brands not because of their products, but because of the way they market their products as an easy miracle fix.

Let me put it straight that if you lose weight, it is purely from YOUR own effort. You're the star, no product in the world can take that away from you. Watch your diet, and get your exercise. Even if you don't lose 10 kilos, you at least come out healthier so you win either way.

Back to your organic drink. Let's try to understand this from the basics. How will that organic drink help you lose weight? If your buddy can't explain it to you, or says something along the lines of 'It just does!', I think it would be better to avoid for now.

she told me to drink de organic to replace my meals.

just like meals replacement drinks.

its Greenfield Organic- i got totally no idea at all rclxub.gif

i check the label of it, it written each serving will have Dietary Fibre 16% of daily value.

should i keep drink it or just go for pure fruits?

btw, should we take calcium pills??

thx ya!
