Hi all,
Anybody hear about Zumba fitness? Its a good workout and it will sure help you to lost weight. I use weight 100kg and manage to lost 25kg in 2 year time. To lost weight you will need to have strong determination in term of food intake and exercise.
Avoid oily and fatty food, try to go for cereal with low fat milk, oat, fruit. It will work very well with your workout plus the control of you food intake.

QUOTE(Sarah Angelina @ Sep 18 2010, 10:51 AM) What about your diet plan? A month later let us see if we can achieve our target or not ya I'm increasing my protein intake slightly more now, feeling hungry quite fast nowadays Sounds like promoting something here? Anyway, cereals not really a good choice for diet I think, because most cereals sold in the market are quite sweet Hahah...I am not promoting something here, just want to share some experience. For cereal, you can go for those organic cereal that will cost a little bit more. Please ignore my post if you think I am promoting something. : )

QUOTE(viruz019 @ Sep 23 2010, 03:49 PM) i tink this is the best place to ask my question guys, wanted to ask..im plannin to start gym-ing to lose weight..wat are the way to lose fats without harming one-self? and is losing 20 kg in 2-3 months consider healthy? O_o Hi there, Start your cardio to lose all the fat first, like running on treatmill, join those cardio class such as body combat, Ritmo Zum, cycling before you move into weight training. 20kg in 2-3 month is bad for your health, 20kg in 2 or 3 year will do you good. If you lose weight in such a short time it will bounce back even worst...And also you have to control your food intake. Healthy breakfirst, light lunch and no dinner (if you can)......

QUOTE(vinesh22 @ Sep 24 2010, 01:15 PM) Lucky for u, this is not /k and people here are still learning . Don't give advice if you're not sure about it mate, I recommend reading more instead of just listening to what people say. 20-30kg in 2 or 3 years? Thats the biggest BS ever man, and seriously, no offense to u, just sharing my opinions. And your "diet" plan is totally screwed up, but if it works for u, I've got notninh else to say.. Some one who speaks sense, thank you. But I gotta disagree with not doing cardio before weight training. IMO doing it does u no harm, and if you're really into loosing weight, burning those extra calories on the treadmill will definitely do u some good. Not only that, it also serves as a good warm up, get the blood and momentum flowing so o speak. Oh, but don't push yourself too hard, no use using up all your energy early and having nothing for weight training.. Thanks for the infor...but that really work for me hahaha.......I am also sharing my opinions. Sorry If i say something wrong. Ignore my post before. Sorry.
