Hey LYN forumers...wanna get some tips from u guys~been scrolling someway through this thread but didnt reli see the kind of exercise that i want.
I am a 22 yo male, 173cm and
75kg. I'm alittle bit into the overweight region based on the BMI chart (suppose to be 68-69kg) and my waistline is 33. Been trying to lose weight for quite some time now and i did but its awfully little-to-near-none, i eat lesser, takes more vege...same same. I wanted to reach or at least somewhere around
68kg at least by next year march (
2 months) - or at least when during cny, i can still look good in t-shirt(without my ball-belly showing up).
I read in somewhere that doing HiiT (Afterburn effect stuffs) can help alot. But the thing is, I dunno what should i do in HiiT? Anyone can help? And is there any other way to do it?
and just for ur information - I'm leaning toward creating a "cutting" type body - not the "bodybuilder's".
cutting - fit(some muscle here and there and lean abs)
thanks for reading and ur helps ya

You can find a lot of video example from Youtube. Example here:

can sifus here teach me how to calculate the food calories in a more accurate way?
I downloaded an Android app: MyFitnessPal, and use it record my daily meal intake, and for yesterday the total calorie intake for whole day was 1486 kCal. The target calorie per day is 2080 kCal, as determined by the app itself. I have jogged for 30 mins which burned about 140 kCal, after calculations, I still have 731 kCal remaining for yesterday.
but is that really, the food I took yesterday that low in calorie?
here was my meal yesterday:
breakfast: small portion of sticky rice + nescafe 3 in 1
lunch: meehon soup with pork + nescafe
dinner: mee goreng
snack: 3 seeds of durian + 1 cup of milo + 1 cup of milk at night
Yup looking at the food you took it look like 1400+ calories. Counting calories wont be pinpoint accurate but main thing is that you keep track of your food intake, so at the end of the day you wont overeat. So after a while I don't worry so much about the number. If you feel ok with 1400 calories, that mean you don't feel that you overeaten or you don't feel too hungry then its ok.
