hi, im new here. im now 59kg!! 162cm. (gained 9kg in 1 year n i so stupid didnt really care till i saw a FAT PIC OF ME) so, my point, i wanna lose about 10kg in 2-3months is that POSSIBLE?? now is holidays are there any useful tips? i hope before school reopens(in a month time), i can lose about 4kg?
i swim mon till fri for 1hour each session(thats the max time before u get shoo~ed out of d pool) but i havent really lose weight! 1 month alrdy! so i recently switched my dinner to oatmeal(hoping it will help, will it?)
bfast and lunch remains the same, bfast-normal food like wantan mee/chicken rice etc.. lunch-whatever my mum cooks. tea(only when hungry)-milo and jacob biscuit dinner-oatmeal+low fat milk and fruit
oh another question, i swim 7-8 by d time i reach home n cook oat will b bout 8.45pm so should i take my oatmeal before or after i swim?? cause i will still eat after swim cause hungry.
i know very stupid question. sorry.
back to my point, i wanna lose 10kg in 2-3months! N E E D H E L P ! ! ! THANKYOU!

urm.. im not chubby but FAT. im fed up of ppl coming and telling me how fat i have became. i play squash as sport but not anymore cause its holidays. im looking for suggestions to lose weight. i think 10kg in 3 months is not too much.

oh so i guess that baby pic is ur baby then^^ anyway thats because ur pregnant.. its diff im NOT pregnant. i dun have fluids baby or wadever to deliver la.

Well I exercise about 1 hr 5 times a week.sometimes more. 1month+ alrdy. But weight still like that. I very scared next year can't wear my uniform le. Now alrdy can't!! Mayb my prob is my diet?? What should I eat???

Oh I tot bread is a good food for diet. But 3 slices of wholemeal bread a day still ok right? I hv it for recess. Btw I try to eat oats for dinner. I swim 7-8 so do u suggest I eat before or after swim? If after means 8.45 earliest after washing up etc. If before then what should I eat after swimming? Cause i get quite hungry after swimming..

What's d difference between losing WEIGHT N FAT? btw nows alrdy christmas I still haven't lose weight. I feel like giving up. I cant control what i eat esp when eating out with parents. My friends starved and asked me to do d same. She did lose lots of weight. I noe it will work bt not healthy. Should I try? is there any diet plan u cn suggest??? Wasted 2 months without ANY WEIGHT LOSS alrdy.. School reopens next week! I'm so embarassed to go back!!!
