hi,
another trick is to cut down on your fat content food, i.e butter, egg, cheese. those food will increase your body fat, hence will increase your weight.
here are some low calorie foods you can consider, most fruits and vegetables are below 100 calories expect for potatoes, yam, mango, etc.
