not yet-lah. s&p signing tentative mar or apr 2011. you pay stamp duty thereafter-lah.

but i thougt all of us signed the S&P somewhere in Nov & Dec. I mean for Double Story & Link Houses.

just went to MS gallery in Damai, apparently price for 3storey link houses will be revised on 1 March 2011, again.

wow long time didnt log into property talk lyn. KR is the top of the list. haha so hot. jz like the freaking weather nowadays.

last weekend saw some soft launch at KR site office when pass by, dunno for wat units now. cant afford it anyway haha

not bad for a site full of WW2 bombs. my row in damai3 is facing directly to the first few building erected in KR. i heard thats the clubhouse and future showrooms? they r working right into the nights. mah sing really wan to push the completion date.

few times majlis perbandaran came in to ask them stop working due to noise generated past midnight

Went to check on the club house in KR today. Coming out very well and pretty impressive. I only hope that PKB can come up with such concept and not offer the same old thing over and over again. I siggest those who are inerested in KR to go and have a look. Seeing is believing.

The showrooms for the Semi-D and 3 storey link house are almost ready. As for how much it will be sold when it is ready is everyone's guess.
