mrkenjiro..u bought K-Residence from MS or the earlier developer?
2 or 3 storey?

so 2 storey = orignal price + RM28k
and 3 storey = orignal price + RM50k

what is the first launch price?

that's a whooping paper gain of 700-530= RM$170k....not so bad lor if you ask me, it can be more if it shoot out to RM800k upon VP...
congrats to all earlier buyers again.......
actually ok mar..pay 30k for RM150k...worth it if you ask me....

at 700k a sell out
like this MS would have thought it is not high price enuff right

the buyers has a part to play to push up the SP in this BBB season
and MS knows it so well

i am not the owner, but to me the answer is straight forward..
i will top up
2 yrs later, potential buyers cant differentiate 700k with my 530k house, pocket the gainb bye bye

IOI PFCC and the whateva Intellicity is really overated one lar.

Look at the face of the building next to OCBC there, look at the facade and the material used for the buiding + white color paint

Nothing 'on' also.

Maybe SW side more vibrant i think.

agree that, the lifestyle is crucial, and it is apparent that Kinrara ppl opt lifestyle over the lease term

what the heck, who cares cos by the time the lease end we already die until habuk pun takdak
