Just to check, so far is there any drawdown of loan from Mah Sing for 2 storey or 2.5 storey?

heard that mah sing's lawyer: geraldine yeoh, arjunan & partners is also part of citibank panel legal firms. hence, free legal fees for citibank loan too.

Does this mean citibank is also offering the DIBS scheme or just that its free legal fees?

Yes, it's Q'aseh 24x80/26x80/30x80 launch, the road will be open when the houses are built, thus, if you travel fr Sirim to Kinrara Residence, it is only 6.2 km, otherwise fr Sirim to Giant Kinrara to Kinrara Residence 13.1 km
I bought KR b'coz I know KR is nearer to Bkt Jalil compare to the rest of the Kinrara areas (BK1-BK5).

I am from citibank mortgage. Its true that for this project citibank do not have DIBS scheme. Other than that, our packages are still competitive.

Anyone looking to finance the property in kinrara residence with citibank or enquiries can also look for me.
