saw the site plan
those 'opened' should expose to high traffic one
and also
seems like for 2s most is facing west
3s is facing north west
*
2s and 3s face either north west or south east. but 3s is more north and south facing whereas 2s face right smack north west or south east.

calling all purchasers to come together to present your constructive feedback to mah sing. public displeasure is not going to help.

please provide feedback to angela chong who's incharge of kr:

Am on board to give the feedback. But can i just walk into the show unit now or by appointment? Would need to have a look before giving the feedback.

I noticed they use 2x2 Porcelain China Tiles (Brand : Stargress ). Very cheap  about RM7/pcs base on project price. I used it before during my previous project at D' Boulevard. Pity for Semi D & 3 Story buyer

Very cheap tiles means very easy to crack? or finishing is not smooth?? wonder how TMS expects to get good CONQUAS score with low quality finishing.

SA says management has final meeting aleliiiiiiiiiii, no more changes, stick to wat you see as per show unit, my fren brought a contractor to estimate if she were to change the flooring & quality frame at her own cost, 100K!! She then raised it to TMS, 30K discount was offered to her then. Finally still can't take it, chao quick quick bye bye to KR!!

Dont understand why they ask to feel up feedback form if they already decided.

yes please arrange to sign spa & loans agreement at kr site so that you can pay via cc.

in any case, mah sing has already made rm3k from our booking fees of rm50k (nov 10 - apr 12: 1.5 year) assuming at 4% p.a. interests!!!

not sure if they charge 2%-3% merchant fees, by right they can't. this is in violation of bank negara's policy, i think.
*
Was told there would be a 2% merchant fee charged for payment by credit card.

Thanks to Donald Trump in sharing some of the photos. You sneak in?  notworthy.gif

I am not a pro in tiles, noticed 1 of the photos and it is "Venus" brand tiles, can someone comment if it is good? better brand / quality than white horse?

Did you managed to sneak peek of the brand for roof tiles?  tongue.gif

Some weeks back when I was "inspecting" the place, noticed some of the inner rows of 2SSD bricks are of Kalsa types, think Mah Sing is mixing all the tiles. I seriously don't know which is better, being cina apek, clay looks more promising and convincing  nod.gif

Since MS is using different tiles/bricks for SD, would MS be able to inform the buyers which tiles/bricks where used for their respective houses?
