Pretty hard the mahajaya resident will pay as i see one unit seems renting than owner self occupy..

For JMB, the resident will sign another agreement?

Not to pour cold water, but security guards employed by developer usually look after the developer more than you. They will make sure the hardware not stolen, undelivered houses not vandalised, etc.

And developer usually pay the min tier for guards, as they are giving the service to you free for 1 or 2 years.

semi-d & bungalow is under g&g - hence jmb take charge.


2.5 & 3 ssl are only guarded - hence ra take charge.

heard from someone lot 3a-665 up for grab at rm1.85 mil. is it true? if yes, why more expensive then the last row now? due to higher road height then house?
