for 2.5 & 3ssl, i think it should be ra.

Not to pour cold water, but security guards employed by developer usually look after the developer more than you. They will make sure the hardware not stolen, undelivered houses not vandalised, etc.

And developer usually pay the min tier for guards, as they are giving the service to you free for 1 or 2 years.

2.5 & 3 ssl are only guarded - hence ra take charge.

heard from someone lot 3a-665 up for grab at rm1.85 mil. is it true? if yes, why more expensive then the last row now? due to higher road height then house?
