Mahajaya buyers still need to pay for security right?  They can't be not paying and enjoying the security..(  which will be unacceptable)

Sad to say, like it on not so long as you legally binding agreement to management this. plus this is a individual-titled property you just have to leave these "bas...rds" alone. For you info, i m staying at area with houses worth 2 mil, they are 40% owners dont want to pay!

The current security company sucks big time. Start going to each housewarming party asking for beer.
One of the guard was a drunkyard and starting borrowing money. Even yell at me for stopping my car and talking to a neighbour. Ride his motorbike and chase me to my house and yell aloud telling that I have no right to talk to other people and should just go home directly. His name is Rajoo and I have written to MS to address 'him'. MS reverted that they have asked for him to be removed but after MIA 2 weeks, he was back (saw him during CNY week)

What is the estimate budget? With current KR maintenance figure, how long KR is able to switch senior Nepalese?

I guess Nepalese hourly rate is around 9-11/hr, if 4 guards day and night, it would cost around 30K/mth

I only seen this guard once after the so called dismissal. Hopefully he is gone for good.
I was also informed that MS is considering replacing the security company so keep your finger crossed

My company appointed a security company: taking 4 guards (2 day time, 2 night), with every shift 1 is static, the other is armed guard. RM18k per month. Price for the same headcount setup without armed is RM10k per month.

Mix Local and from Myanmar. They are really well-mannered, greeting staffs and visitors.

I think company and housing security guard are different charge?

Local people really bad for Tanan Jaga. In my old area, I think only less than 20% is good, those lousy guard will give lot of problems.
