hi guys i bought my 3-storey superlink at RM958,800 with RM20,000 rebate...how much is the current selling price for 3-storey now?? i saw in the invitation letter it was stated min RM1.2 mil...but the SA told me (3 weeks ago) that the starting price is RM968,800 now..so which one is true??

then how come its written RM1.2 mil in the invitation letter? mistake??

i am an owner of 3SSL in kinrara residence..received VP letter today...but i got charged late payment interest amounting to RM3500!i know some of the purchasers also experiencing the same thing..how do we go about it?what do we write in the letter to mahsing??

call Ms. Mei or Ms Sook Lee from mahsing...they are very aware of the situation and chances are if you have done everything correctly and on time..they will make full waiver on the late payment interest..

her response to me was something like...the transfer of title to lawyer or to developer ,thing like this usially happens during the early stage of construction..blah blah blah..i also pening kepala a bit at what they r trying to explain...they said they r trying to investigate the details of what really happened..but chances r full waiver is in sight..

Guys..I'm made to pay RM806.51 for fire insurance for my 3-storey super link..u guys having the same thing? Was informed by the bank that this is yearly..

i believe it's based on the loan amount..which insurance company im not sure..have to check haha...how much u guys are paying for fire insurance anyways???

Are you guys going to install grilles for your 3 storey superlink? I just noticed yesterday that the windows are not really suitable to install grilles because of the window frames..but if no grilles no peace of mind pulak @_@
