Unlike bdr Kinrara houses which dun really has proper fencing, interested buyer can pass by and go in and look see look see, the toughest part for G&G project is outsider cannot simple enter the area without the guide fr agents, DPC price started to move on 2 yr after the VP, those who has stayed in will invite many of their relatives and friends to buy, create another round of BBB.KR needs substantial amount of residents (40% occupancy rate) to create the awareness among prospect buyers, the little disadvantage is the location which is not fronting the main road, still has many people never heard about KR. So far only 46 2S & 2.5S residents move and stay in, bout 30% rate (total units = 181), now adding 3-S bout 269 units, bout 40 units are for sales, we need more people to move in here.
