Just 2 days ago I also faced this problem where my capping drop to 2043. Called 100 but the person on the line didn't seem to know what to do. Didn't pass me to Lvl 2 support.
Apart from calling 100, is there any direct line to Lvl 2 or a way to email them? |

It seems that you're having a problem for your port located at DSLAM...also check at sams..what does this mean? ![]() Red "F" symbol... it should be green F... F means you're connected to fiber DSLAM... |

Wait for one week, then if after one week you're still stuck at 1Mbps, then you need to make a complaint to MCMC or CFM....Based on your problem now, I can see that there is a bad communication between technician and TM side... Technician and TM said different things.... Your port already set into 4Mbps, but they still not do the update in system. Probably that's why TM still not upgrade your account to 4Mbps.... |
