to date, their customer service is superb. i had some prob a few days ago, i sent them an e-mail to complain, within 12 hours they already got back to me..via phone.


this afternoon, just got another call from hp..netbook arriving tomorrow

Went to TMPoint for the freaking 3rd time today just for termination. Waited for some time and arrived at a counter with terrible staff. Ignored me for like 5 minutes and SMSed in front of monitor and asked her colleague to find her the application form.

Guess what ? They did not do anything at all. They have just FOUND BACK my documents... I was like, WTF ? Ok never mind just do me the deal. She DID NOT terminate it on the spot and she told me to wait as she had sent a termination email... I was wondering, do you need to inform TM first just for a single termination? Nothing received in the end and walked out with anger. Bad staff attitude + low efficiency.

Called 100 at 4p.m. to check the status of connection, still running strong and that operator kept holding me on the line, listening to some crappy ads while waiting for her to do her job. In the end she transferred me to another department claiming that it's not related to her department(Customer Service). Lastly I just made a report... which I doubt would be useful at all. I think I must be the unluckiest guy ever to subscribe this package

E R (Termination) mean what ?any 1 can explain?

The line/streamyx account has been terminated. Thats all , most likely the person has terminated his/her streamyx account.


anyway zeph , you're lucky to get 4Mbps with that low SNR margin. There is no point of capping it any higher as it will result in disconnections but look on the brighter side at least you managed to grab 218.111 ip , heh

Yeah, I'm quite lucky. But I believe that the 218.111 IP are for certain areas... I don't live in KL, so maybe that's why I'm still able to get 218.111. My friend who has just got his 4Mbps activated today as well, obtained a 218.111 IP address.

btw how long it take just to fix homeline??

the package no inculded home fixed line charge (rm26) rite ?
*can 1 tm homeline use for 2 streamyx acc ?
