to date, their customer service is superb. i had some prob a few days ago, i sent them an e-mail to complain, within 12 hours they already got back to me..via phone. thumbup.gif

how to extend the netbook warranty from 1yr to 2yr??

those who already hv the netbook, when playing movie (fast action one), the graphic is sluggish..is it bcoz of the intel gpu??
