finally my upgrade approve. they released port to me. now waiting installer come and test only. ^^

yes buddy. upgrading from 1mbps to 4mbps. actually they need a chop from ur u again, but i told her that juz activated, and she told me nvm about the chop. btw, how they gonna charge it? erm upgrading within two weeks. and will we be charged for upgradig? as d installer need come to our house.

do we upgrade any charge like rm88 for the installer to come? cause my streamyx jus activated within 2 week. still in warranty i think

around 40kb/s. so count urself. ^^



actually depends on the tm point. some may fast or some may late. maybe u can try go again and ask. ask her can help u make d process again?

easy way. go at 830am. when d door open, straight go to counter and ask. or u can choose get no and wait. this is what i did today morning. waiting the tmnet open and opened staright go counter ask. kao tim in 15-25mins

wth with this. called the tmnet streamyx installer, he told me still no data on sams, cant do anything yet. alrdy get comfirmation slip on upgrading two days ago. should get to tmpoint again tomoro. haiz. tomoro 830 and counter open straight go. what a wasting time.

so my question here, hpow long it would tk as the data to be key in or update in sams? cause no data in sams about my upgrade package. ystd apply and alrdy get comfirmation upgrade.

they offered u but no check at d systme u are avalaible or not yet. means u can try get upgrade 2mbps speed but not neccesary it will support and ur application maybe reject half way.

depends on tm point on about cooling period. can be 1 week blablabla.

my friend case is like this, he sent termination form for both phone and streamyx, streamyx cutted and not yet for phone. but d staff in tmnet told him that changing phone no to avoid d quarantine period. so his phone no later gonna be new and juz 1 no different. btw to some unable get chop from student affair. try get from any ur lecturer chop and sign. as i advice my fren and he did so. he can get through. wonder how come he no need return phone and modem as he submit termination form? later gonna use b old one?

juz went to tmpoint again, settled termination and upgrade error. that day who that have same status with me upgrade error, pls go again. as the submition is failed. u need resubmit.

one small question do upgrade d jumper need to be set first and later wait the installer come and test? or test and set jumper at d same time?

juz call the streamyx installer, asking about can set high sped or me. he siad like a pro . canot la cause this is high speed berukband, i cant do anything la. balblabla..... lol. wat a unlucky met such installer. sad case gonna happened to me. wuwuwu.
