I think I'm gonna get to TMPoint tomorrow to get them terminate my connection... it's been a week already I can't wait anymore... I didn't even get the termination confirm slip as mentioned by the others in V2...

One thing I'm afraid is that when I go to TMPoint tomorrow, they tell me that they had lost my application form and ask me to redo everything... then it's really f**ked up... that's the reason why I've been dragging all the time

I don't have quarantine period since I'm registering for another homeline number... now I've submitted the form for a week long and nothing has been done so far...

It's not registering two lines... the staff told me it's changing the home line number... though I'm not that sure about what she means... Maybe she terminates the line and register a new one or there's a way to change your home line number without the need of registering a new one. Have to pay RM10 though.

I went to TMPoint for the second time just now. I asked the receptionist about the termination confirmation slip but she doesn't seem to know anything about it and she was just blindly promising me that she will terminate my connection today... Let's see, if they don't terminate it by Tuesday I'll go there and screw their asses again.

Penang TMPoint... I've just submitted all the documents last Saturday so until now it's been one week already... I just feel that one week is way too much time for them since they could have terminated it on the spot vmad.gif

Worst of all she was searching for my termination form but she couldn't find it and she told me that the form must be inside the TMPoint but it's not with her and she got lazy and went back to her reception counter, asking me to go home and wait for good news rclxub.gif

Went to TMPoint for the freaking 3rd time today just for termination. Waited for some time and arrived at a counter with terrible staff. Ignored me for like 5 minutes and SMSed in front of monitor and asked her colleague to find her the application form.

Guess what ? They did not do anything at all. They have just FOUND BACK my documents... I was like, WTF ? Ok never mind just do me the deal. She DID NOT terminate it on the spot and she told me to wait as she had sent a termination email... I was wondering, do you need to inform TM first just for a single termination? Nothing received in the end and walked out with anger. Bad staff attitude + low efficiency.

Called 100 at 4p.m. to check the status of connection, still running strong and that operator kept holding me on the line, listening to some crappy ads while waiting for her to do her job. In the end she transferred me to another department claiming that it's not related to her department(Customer Service). Lastly I just made a report... which I doubt would be useful at all. I think I must be the unluckiest guy ever to subscribe this package doh.gif

Should I just go to the TMPoint and get back my documents to apply at other TMPoint? I don't think they are working on my application at all... so pathetic... I don't believe TMPoints cannot terminate Streamyx account by themselves... but this TMPoint is too hopeless

Got a problem here. I think I know why my line hasn't been terminated after so long. I've relocated my Streamyx just two months ago and now I have a new home line number but when I check with TM, the home line is registered with someone's Streamyx... it's not mine.

When I check with SAMS, it shows that my account is terminated... which is not true because I am still using and when I call 100 they say it's still active. My current account is still under my previous home line number which is already canceled (if you call it will say no doesn't exist).

One thing is really weird... the account that is registered with my new home line number is almost the same as my login ID, for example, my ID is lamer, the ID with my new home line is lamre... Another thing is that the account is created 10 days after I terminated my line for relocation... now what crap is this ? It's definitely not under my name.

I went to other TMPoint to register today. I registered for a new sub line to install Cool UNI Pack... and I received a confirmation slip from them showing:

PAKEJ DEL KE DUA RM10.00
BUTIR LENGKAP PANGGILAN STD
CPE OWNERSHIP PROGRAM

and I've paid RM10. However, when I check sams with my order number it says no match data... and by the way how do we enter the ADSL service number? Doesn't seem to have enough digit to fill all... (XX-XXXXXXX my number total 9 digits)

Just upgrading took so long ? It took my friend 3 days to settle everything (upgrade + netbook) in 3 days... I guess it depends on the area again

At last I've done everything... Connection terminated for one whole week.

Here's the log:

15 May - Went to terminate my Streamyx which is under my mother's name. Staff recommended me to terminate my Streamyx, change phone number and register new Streamyx on it.

22 May - Termination still not done, went to TMPoint again and staff promised to terminate on that day.

24 May - Nothing is done still. Went to TMPoint again and staff sent email to terminate.

27 May - Tired of waiting. Went to other TMPoint to register new sub line and Streamyx. Went to previous TMPoint to ask them hold everything except Streamyx termination.

29 May - New sub line installed with problems. Problem solved on 2 June.

31 May - Old Streamyx account terminated.

3 May - Went to TMPoint to rush them. Account was created on that day and received confirmation slip. Appointment slotted on 4 May 11a.m.

4 May - Technician FFK-ed.

5 May - Technician came at 2.45p.m., everything was done at 3.30

Now HP website under maintenance and hotline's not operating... Have to wait for Monday to call them for Netbook stuff.

This is the worst customer service I've ever faced. Termination alone took 2 damn weeks and I have to keep rushing them. I went to that TMPoint thrice just to terminate. Home line also had problems and I have to keep calling the contractor and 100 to fix em. I also have to terminate main home line and change the sub line to main line now... that's the repercussion for not having to wait for 30 days. Have to pay RM30 for homeline(sub) installation also.

Luckily I've changed to other TMPoint and that TMPoint is better... at least I received confirmation slip which is something that I can't even reach at previous TMPoint.

My advice to those registering: Make sure you get the confirmation slip at all cost! Else you're not being entertained.

Call them up to get the web order number. For number look at first page.

By the way the Riger router really sucks... modem reboot takes so freaking long compared to my Belkin. Configuration is so limited... and it looks like some cheapskate modem that comes from last century.

I've already received the Hypptunes e-mail but not the Streamyx Zone ID... Only some songs are redeemable with Hypptunes redemption points rclxub.gif By the way, is the Streamyx Zone service free forever ?
