somehow the person in charge quote him a price to pay ..
he called me and ask me is it he has to pay around RM100 for the registration ..
i told him no ... then he went back to the guy . the guy then "pretend" and say he mistaken . LoL

going to collect dect phone on behalf of my gf .. do i need to bring along my gf for the collection ? she is now having sem break holiday at home town...

or i juz need to bring along the service acception form for the collection ? it has been 2weeks since activation

been to TM point juz now n thier system is down nationwide, cant do anythg n get bck home...

To all Unipack subscriber, pls reminded that ur netbook warranty is only 1 year ++.
I dunno why it's only 1 yr ++, but it stated in the website when i checked mine. To extend the warranty, i think u have to call hp for that.

Went to TMPoint for the freaking 3rd time today just for termination. Waited for some time and arrived at a counter with terrible staff. Ignored me for like 5 minutes and SMSed in front of monitor and asked her colleague to find her the application form.

Guess what ? They did not do anything at all. They have just FOUND BACK my documents... I was like, WTF ? Ok never mind just do me the deal. She DID NOT terminate it on the spot and she told me to wait as she had sent a termination email... I was wondering, do you need to inform TM first just for a single termination? Nothing received in the end and walked out with anger. Bad staff attitude + low efficiency.

Called 100 at 4p.m. to check the status of connection, still running strong and that operator kept holding me on the line, listening to some crappy ads while waiting for her to do her job. In the end she transferred me to another department claiming that it's not related to her department(Customer Service). Lastly I just made a report... which I doubt would be useful at all. I think I must be the unluckiest guy ever to subscribe this package

The line/streamyx account has been terminated. Thats all , most likely the person has terminated his/her streamyx account.
anyway zeph , you're lucky to get 4Mbps with that low SNR margin. There is no point of capping it any higher as it will result in disconnections but look on the brighter side at least you managed to grab 218.111 ip , heh
