juz went to tmpoint again, settled termination and upgrade error. that day who that have same status with me upgrade error, pls go again. as the submition is failed. u need resubmit.

adsl service number=ur homeline number. Do u have that? If u don't have then can't check. This one to check streamyx installation progress only

003XXXXXXXX total 11. area code must be 3 digit. for me, mine is 086, just type in 086. for 03, make it 003. then the number after that, if only 7 digit ie. 031234567, make it 00301234567. if 8 digit, just type 00312345678. for me, mine is 086-3XXXXX, i type in 086003XXXXX

alright, this morning i've submitted my form, the lady didn't ask much and didn't say much, just say 4Mbps is available but not guaranteed, the installer will check, and under his advice they might only give 2Mbps or even 1Mbps. hmm... wonder when will the installer guy come.

means ur streamyx is terminated on 17/5. And previously installed on 6/12/2004. But for the same number, it might be used by other ppl b4 u. So... it's possible the first data is not urs. I guess u terminate and undergoing cooling period isit??? If so, it means still no ur new installation data inside the system.

one small question do upgrade d jumper need to be set first and later wait the installer come and test? or test and set jumper at d same time?

the contractor juz need to press this "jumper" option in their system , and its done .... by mouse

so can be done when arrived my place and test.
