There is another thing in my case..
Few weeks ago my old streamyx account having prob where I couldnt reach max speed..
So I reported to the TM Customer Care..
For few days they keep on calling me and update me about the speed issue..
An finally 1 day they send technician to my house..
I thought he want to check my speed but surprisingly he brought a modem with him stating that TM have offered me 2Mb package plus incentive which mean I have to pay extra RM10 for this package..

Since I planned to apply CoolUniPack i declined that offer..
Just now when i went to TM i told that staff few weeks ago TM offered me 2Mb package but how come now you are saying now my house couldnt support this package...
That staff gave me superb answer by saying that maybe last time boleh kot , now tak boleh redy..

23 April 2010: Termination old streamyx under my dad name
2  May 2010: TM staff key in my unipack application
7  May 2010: Technician install streamyx
24 May 2010: Received netbook...

Quite efficient...

= = streamyx under his dad name but he never mention phone under who's name.....

ops, how can he apply so fast 
unless he applying in new line

Finally streamyx is installed and ready to go...
With a Riger modem+router too...
Now just waiting for that netbook

Nop they are only responsible for installing streamyx...
Other than that, nop, out of their job scope..

Netbook dont need to worry much lah, 2weeks after streamyx is installed shld arrive..

then i die lah...............my termination period just over 1 week................3 more week then installation....2 more week to netbook come.......fuk lah....2 month already loh ishhhh

The moment you sent in the application form, you are already expecting to be this long...
What is the whining for?

Well, my timeline?

4/05 - (Termination form) + (Unipack application form) - submit together.
4/05 - Terminated on the spot (back home and no more internet access)
20/05 - Unipack application form was being processed.
22/05 - Technician didnt come even thou there is an appointment on this date.
23/05 - Called him at 11am and settle a new appointment date with him.
24/05 - Came around 5pm and done.

xx April 2010 submit form ( upgrade case )

10 May 2010 technician come setup ...
24 May 2010 netbook arrived!

succeed ... wakaka...

setup and netbbook arriver still need to wait 2weeks...sigh

jason.....is your streamyx name your dad's too?i can see u waited for 16 day also....on 20 they told you that your unipack application is being processed or u phone them?
