I'm a little blur here.. must be tiredness catching up on me.

What you are saying is..

1. I should call Dell up and ask for a corporate rate as a registered private company.
2. They will settle my warranty and 'stuff' as soon as possible (not clear about this statement)

Confused la bro. rclxub.gif
*
What i was saying if u want to claim warranty, if they u r home user usually slow abit 1.
and cooperate rate is cheaper RM200+ i got mine RM 15XX.
i claim 3 times warranty with fastest service xD.

My current monitor send from sinagapore cause they lack of U2410 xD

Bro.. you dont have a USB downstream connected to your PC/laptop.. where the USB will be read by the computer?
Unless the PC/Laptop communicate with the monitor via the power cable la.. haha
Or they communicate wirelessly or via vibrations on the table.

Go to TFTCentral and get their ICC profiles lo.. and see whether it is better or not.

congrats on your new monitor!

yeah, you'll need to connect the USB upstream/downstream cable (provided in the box) to your monitor.

try the ICC profile + monitor settings of Custom (RGB), Red 87, Green 100, Blue 93. Brightness 31, Contrast 75

the packing slip is just the "receipt" of what you received, i think. no need to worry about that.

Im planning to get a 2nd monitor for my rig. Im thinking of dell U2211. I want a monitor that I can put vertically. Should I wait for until PC Fair to get or just get it now? Im not in a hurry to get..but would I benefit more if I get it during PC Fair?

Aiyo, on 1920x1080 DVI = HDMI lar... Your B2330H does not have speaker.

Just use the DVI port and see lar...
Actually you need to look for the scaling settings in CCC. just followed this steps:

1.Right click on desktop.
2.Open CCC.
3.On the left Open DTV (DVI).
4.Scaling Options.
5.Drag to 0%.
(Applicable to CCC 10.6)
*
i have updated my driver to 10.6
however, i cant find any DTV on the left ??
i m viewing the setting in advance option...
and i oni can found a 'graphic' that is clickable and there is no such thing as DTV

I'm thinking of getting LED after I have watched the video that comparing between LCD and LED ( The white color is so much different ). But it seems like there isn't much LED in the market nowadays. Anyone got any recommendation? It must be 24inches LED. Budget wise should be ok.

White LED are on par with CCFL... some say inferior... Tri -colour LEDs are the best because of absolute narrow bandwidth and ultimate colour reproduction and control(but these are very expensive).... There are some white LED 1080p panels .. but these are TN monitors. LED with IPS are rare (Apple 24" being one and expensive, Eizo/NEC have a few too)

Hmm how to describe... You can see that the white color is really white.... while LCD does not appear as white, instead it appears white mix with other color. I can't really tell the rest of the color as I'm only viewing the video and not personally tested myself. But white color seems pretty significant even you watch through video.

The panel thickness is even smaller, and after compare it is it around 3 times thinner than the LCD. Power consumption wise is better on the LED side. So I can say lots of benefit you can get if you compare LCD with LED.

And most of all, the price of LED is just a difference of $50~$75, ( I think ). So only adding few bucks you can get even nicer performance and less power consume LED.

For more information or you want to see the difference yourself, you can watch this video in youtube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vQHcpF7wY8c
Cheers
