BE form is only one of the income proofing documents. You can use payslips, EPF statements or J form.

I don't have J form as well..
I'm submitting 3 months payslip, 3 months bank statements, latest EPF statement..is that strong enough prove? hmm.gif

J form is usually for business owner; not for employment.

Those documents should be sufficient.

Can we please keep this thread clean ?
This is a cc discussion thread and not a place for 1. CC application request 2. Agents/bank staff to look for potential clients.

Last note to everyone .... next time, such post will be reported nor tolerated.

Yes, it is quite annoying to see people requesting agents or agents promoting cards directly here.

For the Unique great rebate..2% cash rebate how is works? let say this month I spend 1000..cash rebate 2%..means I just need to pay 980?
*
It has been discussed many times. See the link below.

https://younique.alliancebank.com.my/FAQ.php?page=faq

2% rebate may sound good. But it is based on tier system. If you don't spend RM5k monthy, the rebate you get is insignificant.

As mentioned by many other people, AMEX's acceptance is still poor compared to VISA/MasterCard. But of course, when i made that comment earlier, AMEX completely slipped out my mind.

But it's a debit card and as we all know, credit card is still the preferred plastic. Besides, Alliance Bank range of debit card can't be used online.
*
For me, I generally use Amex Gold cc for payment of petrol, telco and grocery only. Whilst Alliance Visa Plat is my main card for overseas transactions for cumulative spending of RM5k, in order to maximise the cash back on top of the 2x points given. If my spending has reached RM5k, I will then use Alliance Premium MC Debit Card for 2% rebate.

Credit card or debit card ... it's the same. The merchant charge is the same.

Just get an info that a CC issuer will launch World Mastercard soon in M'sia.
Better keep quiet and just wait or someone will kick my ass.

A debit card is still a VISA or MasterCard, and thus merchant fee applies.

If it will be something like CIMB/DA World MC then we should forget it. It has to be something with features better than or similiar to SCB VI.

Yup ... agreed. The CIMB/DA version is quite pathetic despite it being a "premium" cc.

Ha. I just about to ask this regarding World MC and VI. The requirement for both are the same and the benefits more or less the same. So what the different between CIMB and DA apart DA is reserved for graduates and professionals?

OK ... normally merchants would need to do "tie-ins" with bank to provide installment scheme. Bigger shops often have just about all the banks in the list and smaller ones only a few banks.

If your card is not under the list, you can't just call the bank and ask to convert to installments. It doesn't work that way.
Only a few banks offers such scheme namely (I may miss a few) ... DA, SCB and a few others. Do note that although it is call 0% EZ installments, the bank will charge you a fee (of a certain %) on top of your purchase for the installment conversion.

Just in case you didn't know ... this fee exist either way. Had your card is accepted for the installment .. it is the merchant that pays. The price of the item had already factored in the installment price.

Pay lump sum ... there is no way to make it installment. I have already stated clearly you can't simply convert to installment.

If you use CIMB/CIMB DA, you can convert it to installment using i.pay plan. Of course, there's a min amount to adhere and a one-time upfront charge will be imposed.

Cheers.
