Nothing to update since the project is going to start after 3 - 6 months.

Went to sales office to take my spa copy today... really nothing to update but saw that the jusco construction is on going now..

ya...great news.. jdgobio are you a purchaser in emerald west? Which phase? I really hope that the area near anggun and emerald will developed as well as along the jalan arang, the shops are quite outdated...seems abit kampung.

My last visit at anggun 2 somewhere around February only left a corner unit which sell 1.2m.

i bought ebony last year, that time still at its "offering price", but now i can see the price of new projects are getting more expensive, luckily i bought earlier .. I still remember the time when i bought ebony, jusco not confirmed yet, road widen no news yet, we also hesitate whether its wise decision to buy house at rawang ... of coz i have also seek advice from my friend who is local rawang man ...

but now everything seems working so well, jusco is under construction, chinese school confirmed, road widening going on .. etc ... Really excited to see all these "really" happend especially the jusco, cant stop thinking how "gorgeous" the jusco are going to be !

I bought Anggun 1 subsale. Yup, the road leading to Anggun & Emerald looks very kampung. With the road upgrading hopefully the surrounding environment will improve to be more classy.

I bet you must bought a good price. I was told by friend one year ago and I did not action anything until this new launch. It was a bit late and pay higher price. However, I am very excited too to see the good progress of Emerald. Can't wait my new house although the completion will be 2 years from today. I read other forum talk about their new house, progress, renovation, update and etc. Perhaps all new emerald purchaser could be share anything in this forum to make them active.

Went to the site yesterday. Big construction has started at Jusco site. Piling, road widening, ... iss happening at the site.

To all Ebony owner, the SA said they target to hand over the house by October this year. Perhaps you could have quick check with them.

Are you sure ????? This is far earlier than what we expected .. The expected completion date is may 2012
Me and my wife also very eagerly to see the progress at emerald west especially the jusco and widening road of jln arang Maybe we will go there again within this 1-2 weeks time to check out the latest progress there ..

To be honest, actually some of the ebony buyers that we met before also complaint that the house interior looks quite small, in fact smaller that what we expected !! The overall sf is big, but u get more land rather than the building itself, maybe they want u to renovate/expand the house gau gau lo! haha...

You are absolutely right. the BUA is quite small if compare to others. Like their semi-d BUA can't even compare to Anggun. This is could be their stratergy and korek as much as possbile from the purchaser.. less material... cheaper cost.... I guess....

However, it is still depend lor. We prefer more land and my wife think too big to clean up the house... She will pening...

Btw, how big Ebony BUA and land area?

There will be no showroom for coral.......we will have to wait for the actual unit... sienzzz

Any one received a call from Kenny & Lee Lawyer office regarding the land tittle had out? Certain owner can sign the forms for change the name from the developer to the owner straight away. No need to wait for 2 years later.. can some one who experience this provide me the advise?
