I walked in their head office and the customer services given their mortgage sales person name card. I did call their sales person and just submitted my application. Actually how long can we need to sign SPA after we paid the booking? I m still waiting for my loan offer and I applied for HL, CIMB Islamic and Maybank.

Check your booking form issued by developer - there is a deadline stated for the signing of S&P..usually about 3 weeks from booking date.. |

Just went to emerald last friday, and yes, the JJ already started its construction opposite anggun there ..
We passed by the site and accidently we met one chinese guy, sort of like site engineer or supervisor, we asked him what was being constructed, and he answered "JUSCO"confirmed already  With JJ, chinese school, main road being expanded, all surely make this emerald a very exciting place in the future! |

Any one know the coral utilities bill (electricity bill & water bill...) will handle by the maintenance or pay ourself directly to TNB & Syabas??

Anyone who booked on the triple fortune day got their loan offer. Please share!! We need to sign the spa by 15th march which is tomorrow....Any updates on the site progress? Jusco is confirmed...How bout the highway from toll to emerald? Is there any sign yet?

I also get 80% offer from HL initially but after appeal i get 90%... so i think u should have big chance of appeal success also... provide them ur financial doc like FD, share, fund etc to support ur appeal...
