I face the same problem as well for applying PBB... they say my loan basically is approved but stuck there due to cannot recognize the coral phase... i call to sale office and ask the staff but the staff said it should be no problem... and she give me a public housing staff who in charge of this emerald west project to refer to....then i call back to PBB to ask them to check...zzz... end up today i decided to take HL bank... cos have to settle the S&P agreement by 25 of this month d...

Call them to make appointment, else go to rawang sale office on 24th and 25th to settle payment and sign S&P. Kenny Lee legal firm will send their ppl over there during that time.

the coral should be got second phase... but i heard the price will up to 350k d.. anyway this weekend got formal launching for emerald west... anyone interested can go there to have a look... got free food i suppose....tongue.gif

S&P legal fee is bear by developer ma...

btw who already sign the S&P? i going to sign it this thursday in rawang sales office... as i know whoever fail to sign within the time frame have to buy it with higher price as like 2nd phase.. 360k++

and I saw the small model house there... if it is built by scale then i think it is necessary to extend the back of house in order to have more comfortable dining room, bathroom and kitchen... but still have to wait until the sample house come out only v can have a clearer view...

Can appeal for more if u can provide more personal financial statement to support like share, FD, fund ... I apply for HLbank at 1st also approved 80% of loan only but after appeal i get 90%...

Coral should be categorized to east... even though it is launched in emerald west project... according the sale office staff...

Early bird here....tongue.gif Just back from rawang sales office to settle my S&P and loan agreement...

The coral is near to emerald east... just beside the bridge connecting emerald east and west... so if next time the bridge open u can actually go to coral through emerald east... nearer than u go through emerald west road...

Oh... then i know y there is different disbursement charge for the S&P liao... cos that is actually paid for stamp duty...my disbursement is RM380 while there is some one said RM480...

Sold out already? i go there around 1pm still got few unit left wo...

Amberly is expensive in my opinion... its build up area only roughly 2300 sf compare to coral build up area which is 1800++ sf... with the price of RM645k i would rather go for Anggun2 semi-D...

Oo... thx for sharing ur opinion...I visited to Anggun 2 display house last year and i found the design is quite good... The house outlook also nice what...That time the house is selling at 660k...

Does anybody ask that will it have a display house for coral? Since all units are sold out then maybe they are not going to build the display house...

Oo... I live in Kepong but my gf live in rawang emerald east... that y i get know of this coral project early...

Moving so far away to a new place really need some time to adapt it...
