I've book one of the unit also and RHB and Hong Leong has approved my loan already. Recently I've receive the letter from Kenny Lee to sign the S&P. But~~ without the details. How can we sign? Does anyone has the details for this Coral project?

It took me around 2 weeks. Normally procedure should take 1 week. May be you can push your agent?

FYI, PBB called me and they start accepting Coral Project already. They called me yesterday.

Should be the same. Cause they got 1 type of brouchers only. I went there last Sunday and definately will go there this weekend as well for the event.

It will be 10k discount and free 1 TV (not specidied)
The rest as usual, 10% down payment.

Personally I'm staying in Puchong now. At first I also think the place is too far away. But since the area is near to NKVE, and the road is widening now. So after 2 years I think it will be less jam. I've tried to travel from mid valley to emerald during peak hour, it took me about an hour using NKVE. I think it is acceptable. Say truely, KL which place not jam one during peak hour.

According to the sales person, the bridge link to east emerald will be opened after coral project has completed. So, there will be an alternative entrance to Coral. Jusco, chinese primary school and private school will be built around that area also.

Added on February 23, 2011, 2:37 pmYupe, I've purchased a unit there. For the tol, emm... not really go and count sorry, i think not more than RM5 for 1 trip. Mid valley => Penchala Link => Duta Tol to NKVE => NKVE to Rawang Tol.

Coral with 318k. This Saturday onwards will cost 368k.

No point to view back previous deal already. If you feel that it is suitable for you and got potential, then you should purchase it earlier. Because previously I also like that, when I wanted to buy a house, then I keep thinking this and that. When I made my decision, then someone bought the house already.

I've verified with the mortgage agent from HL, she said yes. For new applicant, they will have to wait for those submitted owners to cancel their loan application with HL then only the new applicant can apply.

May be you can sign the S&P first then only find loan within certain period? Make sure you ask what's the impact if you cannot get any loan approve before you sign.
