im gonna bulk for 20 days or so...
since im on holidays..
starting on the 1st of may...

soo now trying to force feed myself with food every two hours...
and will buy a mass gainer...just to get those extra calories when i cant get proper food
or anytime...

anyone willing to train me for a week or so?

and anything that i need to add to this???
any tips from the regulars?

+1.

And if u read up, depending on certain factors, there is only so much muscle mass u can put on within a certain period. the extras will become fats.

bodybuilding is a lifestyle. not a 20 day thing.

It's ok to ask newbie questions. Seriously. All of us were weak and scrawny at one point.

zeist is a different story. He posted a lot of stupid crap, dissing newbies and making ridiculous claims. I wasn't around when the other regs chased him off but i sure would've loved to see the whole fracas.

don b afraid of fats. if ur that worried, spend more money and time working up a strict diet. whether u gain fat anot is all in your diet.

yes 1kg a mth is a good target bro! rather realistic one, but if ur starting out u can gain a lot within your first few months provided you eat, train and sleep well!

if u have the money of course u can get away with less than 20g of fats per day
but if ur not, sometimes have to rely on cheaper alternatives and this includes some fat and carbs in our diet
its up to u how to manage these shortcomings
