I have sex for relaxation.

On a side note, bodybuilding isn't just going to the gym. Hence the famous equation:-
Bodybuilding = recovery = bodybuilding
Recovery = proper nutrition, proper nutrient timing and adequate recuperation.
No one gets bigger in the gym, they get bigger outside the gym.

I don't see how weighting yourself everyday would help. If you don't eat like that consistently, that 1.5kgs of yours could dissapear in no time.

Prolly water weight. In the gym you breakdown muscle, when you rest and eat you build new muscle. So to speak.

When you go to gym and do lets say bicep curls, don't you feel your biceps filled with blood and your skin feels so tight like your muscles gonna rip the skin apart anytime and the vascularity starts popping out? Thats the pump.

"Muscle growth will also result from the fascial stretching that occurs when the muscle is pumped beyond its normal size. When this fascial layer (which can be found between the skin and the muscle) is stretched, room for continued muscle growth is made available.

Over time, the pump will also create a greater number of capillaries (tiny blood vessels), which will, in turn, provide the muscles with more nutrients and oxygen and allow for larger pumps and more growth in the long term."

On the other hand, the 1.5kg you gained probably isn't muscle weight, should be water retention, or maybe fat. 1.5kg muscle doesn't come in 2 days.
