so you sure the temperature not that serious like the review said?

no one can be sure. juz because 1 unit very hot doesnt mean every single unit is hot. we all know got case where MBP explode etc but u dont see every single MBP in the world explode. read a few pages back on what i said about manufactured products. worst case, u can claim warranty.

wow.. i did the same customization as yours.. but mine expected to arrive 20-26.. 2 days more than u

so u plan to buy ACPP... or any protectors or sleeves?
can i know what is ACPP?

acpp = applecare protection plan. it extends ur warranty for 2 years, so u end up with total 3 years warranty, with tech support

WTA : we all know that MAC OS is virus-free OS..but what if i opt to install windows on MAC..does it still vulnerable to the viruses and as such? this my first time using MAC OS..has anyone ever encountered crashes or corruption over MAC OS? i know windows always do..is it save for me to not have partitions rather than keeping my files on 1 partition?
[/quote]
actually virus can go in OSX, it's just that it cant do anything. e.g. if i copied an infected file from a friend's thumbdrive, then i'll have the virus in my mac...but it wont affect OSX at all. but then if i share that same file to another windows friend, n he download it, he'll get infected. can understand? :S
so if u install windows (either bootcamp or VM), yes you can get virus. if the virus come into ur windows system, then it'll infect windows. if it come into OSX, no problem.
crashes can happen to any system...but i realize it's far far less in OSX compared to windows. about corruption, so far i only had 1 corrupted file in my 4 years using mac

personally i dont see y people like to save different files on different partitions...what's so bad about folders?
