dang i m pretty certain my macbook pro cant last beyond 4 hours ... its far from 10 hours...

i attached the coconut stats though i cant tell if it has any sign of battery problem but a forumer ask for it..

and i m using my laptop for normal browsing with wifi... not running some videos in fact..

i hope i m not expecting too much cause i have much lighter vaio with same power horse running 8 hours easily.

i m just really wondering am i having a faulty battery or am i doing something wrong somewhere...

Not sure if this helps but play around with the brightness perhaps as I think you may already have the setting for maximum battery life in preference. I still got those 7-8hours mark. What I normally do
1) Make sure no dvd/cd in drive
2) Not turning on bt
3) Play around with brightness
4) Calibrate approximately every month
5) Keyboard backlit for mbp turned off

Try play around with the brightness and see if it help to prolong it as it should be

try to run with rightness set to 50% and not running itunes in background and just use chrome for one day. see if it helps. plus you are using wifi or cable? if wifi how's the wifi signal? optimum or low?

I agree on that too.... Thats why people should not rush and do some research before actually buying the item. Ive been researching on Macbook for almost 2 months before actually purchasing it...

ah please get over yourself you have been using the MBW for almost 5 months now, imagine the DELL users who have to face the weekly or monthly model refreshes. Technology changes that doesnt mean your MBW suddenly cant perform  because of a newer machine or the people who buy nokia phones, theres a few models every month. Anyway i found a neat tool for those who wanna get more of their hybrid MacBook Pro graphics (9600GT/9400GT or 330M/Intel). There is this tool which allows you to switch on the fly (even for 9600gt/9400gt , no more logout/login) . Its called gfx card status , i got it and its working great

burn mark at below of ur macbook casing, top left and right corner. i just bought it a mnth ago and use it for3 to 4 hour daily for surfing and FB only.

its better to unplug once in awhile and get the electrolytes moving in the battery.

How do you print things in black and white? I tried googling but I still cant manage to do it. Tried the grayscale method but I dont have that menu. Anyone could help me?

Another thing. I have s a 2 slides per page pdf file. I want to print it in a 4 slides per page portrait mode. Everytime I change it into 4 slides per page in settings, it will automatically change it to landscape. can anyone help me on this?
