nope
some people believe that what brand they wear is what differentiate them from the rest
if all wear some clothes all look the same
he/she wont feel that special/different anymore
simple analogy..student go to school all wear same clothes vs university student wear casual clothes which is diff from people to people
which one you prefer
haha, you are actually quite right about the "i am wearing a brand that is special" mentality

the only bad thing is, after it hits malaysian shores, everyone will buy it and u will see everyone wearing it on the streets... which is a frustrating thing lol...
generally, i feel that brands like uniqlo, topman, etc are retail giants.
they will sooner or later it will open a store nearby
there is nothing anyone can do about it but find for a more "special" brand to buy from
that is if you consider buying from a "brand everyone has" makes you frustrated

and i dont think the theory where students wear the same uniform applies here. there is one thing called mix and match and there can never be same style even if we purchase stuffs from a same brand unless both of us really wear the same thing from top to toe.
style can never be the same, i have to agree
but mix and match all you want, this is still malaysia ..
how far can you go with the recent arid & hot weather condition in malaysia ?
i think you can tell if someone is wearing the same top as you or not .. does that make you comfortable ?
