To play a game,i know.On ps3,put cd then play.But how to turn off when we done playing? Eject cd 1st? Press button off 1st?

Take out the disc and just turn it off?
Lol.

Press PS button (on controller), choose QUIT GAME. then go TURN OFF SYSTEM.

eject disc is optional.

Do we actually need to take out the CD?

hmmm... how do you take a disc out when the machine is turn off..?

Graceful Shutdown

1. Hold down the PS button on your controller, until a list of choices shown on screen.
2. Select "Quit Game"
3. Alternatively, press the PS button, until the XMB is shown, select Game > Quit Game
4. Then back at XMB, select Game > Eject Disc
5. Finally, Hold down the PS button on your controller, until a list of choices shown on screen.
6. Select "Turn Off System"

Emergency Shutdown (When system hangs or game not responding)

1. Eject the disc first by pressing the eject button on the console itself.
2. Hold down the power button on the console until you hear 3 beeps.
3. Press the power button again, and the light willl turn red, it will shutdown.

when i am mad playing game, i just press the press power button the ps3 goes off. usually i mad all the time. tak rosak pun. maybe if i get madder i cabut the power cord and see. haven't got madder yet

Taking out the disc is rather optional.
But I suggest that you do take it out either ways.

The disc trapped in the disc bay can actually warp (cases of this happening is a hundreth thousand in 1, but its happen before) due to the heat.
So ask yourself if you're really so lazy to eject the disc and re-insert everytime you wanna play or stop playing.

You should be able to get it at any AV shop. The length depends on how long you need it lor. But it's not that cheap, ok? It costs much more than the standard RCA cable.
