Since SCB Plat got RM 150 rebate, can we new Citibank Plat use this as an excuse to get something from CS too? Citibank Plat users please share

hey guys... planning to bought a lappy by credit card installment... can i know how it count?? lets say da lappy was 3k... once swap da card straight minus 3k from my credit limit or - 250 (lets say if installment each month 250)???
