I damm hate CIMB Bank,I wanna cancel my card and I called to CIMB Card Centre and I waited for 10 minutes... Fed-up with them.. I go straight to CIMB Branch better .... DAMMM

Yesterday I went to Midvalley and saw HSBC. I asked them any offer. They said they gonna absorb RM50 GST with term & condition. The t & C is you have to swipe 5 times in a month regardless of any amount. Can it be true ?

Can I complain that this citibank agent disturb me ? Been phone me for more than 6 days and keep ask me to submit form. I wanna ask. Can I complain him since he from Citibank KL ?
