Hello, my retail shop have a MBF terminal of merchant credit card. Then, it will print out the daily settlement report. But why sometimes it does not match to the bank statement?
Eg. Sales made for 01/03/10 is RM 1,000 (as per daily settlement report) But when matching to the bank statement, there is no RM 975 been transfered to the bank account! Why? Where is RM 975 gone?
