Are you like serious when you said that? Or just sarcastically? Cos there's much more machines and earthwork being done right now. I've passed the construction site on purpose during the weekends whenever I'm free just to check on the construction works. And so far, I believe they will do the 1st progressive payment before end of Jan 2011.

i think still have profit to make for investment purpose.

Don't be so hard on doomdoom, he has as much right to his opinions as we do to ours. Actually, if we have not seen the piling work earlier, the site looked not much different from day 1. Anyway, I will also go to the site this weekend and check out the progress. But I don't expect to see much difference from last week as they were doing the formwork on the ground beam and even if they managed to do some concreting this week they will need more than 14 days before proceeding to the columns. Also, the workers will probably stop work for 10 days during Chinese New Year. Cheers!

I was the site again at 2:45pm today (ie 22/01/2011) and I can clearly see the workers have erected some steel rebars which form the columns above the ground beam formworks. Not sure if they have already concreted the ground beams. I didn't get down from my vehicle to check as I was trespassing and also I was not wearing any PPE. Attached are the photos. Wishing all Chinese members/readers a very Happy and Prosperous Chinese New Year. Cheers!!

I read the above post in Oct and decided to try the new bridge from 1120 Park Avenue to Taman Kinrara today. It is so convenient but the traffic is a bit heavy but bearable considering the shorter route taken and tolls avoided. For those who are still unaware of this new bridge, please see the attached map which I have marked the direction in yellow. Cheers.

Hey guys, I just try to go through the new bridge from Kesas Highway to Puchong. I only take about 5 to 10 minute to reach the Puchong LDP. It's great and convenience! Wow, go to Puchong within 10 minute, go to Sunway within 10 minute also. 1120 park avenue is exactly one of the great location in PJ. The most important is the reasonable price with the PJ address. Awesome!!!

yes. I'm using this new link road everyday to Cyberjaya. Previously I pay RM4.20 to use NPE and MEX. Now I pay RM1.60 on LDP. Shorter distance and save $$.
What's more? I can go Tesco shopping now.

hi guys, i passed by npe and decided to turn in and have a look at the site on sunday. although there's nothing much going on except the shop lots area, i'm really happy to see at least there's some kind of construction in 1120 site. progress is similar to vincemy's pics (thanks for the pics).

and for now, i'm not worried whether the price will naik or not. just hope that i can get the unit in time and quality.

i'm sure everyone knows that there will be a future hypermarket near the petronas station? i'm kinda worried because the hypermarket location is exactly at the T-junction (i think that junction will be one of the main in-out point for 1120PA) and it might get a bit more jam than now. susah la if wanna go out...both side traffic quite heavy...

on the bright side, it's a walking distance to go to petrol station, hypermarket & kfc..

on the not so bright side, u can expect some traffic congestion...

so it's a give n take.. or maybe some kind of traffic light in the making? hehehe...

Obviously government is going to develop on the PJS since Kesas can direct access to PJ area. Good News for 1120 park avenue owners! Clapssss

I'd expect a new traffic light to be built. There was a death accident happened 2-3 weeks ago

i hope there will be a traffic light there... i don't think they can expand the road much more...

and yes, more positive development there... just need the right assemblymen there...
