this project is cheap in price because of the location is not good at all. poor environment. not good for investment nor home stay.

Beside 1120, there are new project for hyper-market and new shop-lot. Surely the 1120 price will increase later.

Completion Date = 36 months from date of S&P. In some people's case, the S&P is dated April 2010, therefore vacant possession must occur by April 2013, otherwise developer will incur late penalty.

Have you guys seen the 2 remaining "squatter houses" next to Senja? It looks like they still haven't vacated, meaning it's impossible to start any foundation work for Tower 5, which is very worrying.

If you guys look at the main road of 1120 Park Avenue, it will be very narrow as there are always cars are parked illegally along both road directions. If you visit the entrance of Senja, you'll see what I mean. Not to mention the Chinese school is just there.

Not sure. From what i can see from Petronas yesterday, seems there are many structures coming out from the earth now and more tower crane working on the site. I believe piling work almost done. Will try to take picture if I go pump petrol again.

This news is even more worrisome. At the end of the day, nobody wins. This may impact the completion time, especially for Tower 5.

Just to let you know, I'll called the developer office, they have to NO RESOLUTION for the stop work order. I've informed them we'll do a demonstration and they are okay with that. They have mentioned we shd give some pressure to selangor government.

Added on June 13, 2011, 5:05 pmI have called ADUN tmn medan @ 77812151 to inform them we'll do a peaceful demonstration this coming friday. They are not aware of the predicament of the purchaser. All purchasers PLEASE call TMN MEDAN ADUN to complain. PLEASE!
