maxis paid me 5-8days after i complained... P1 ? more than 1 months....

i was asking a p1 agent at the website about the throttle speed after the cap and this is what she said:

after the fair usage threshold, we do not have any system to fix or determine the speed

Under MCMC rules, there are not guideline on the speed, the threshold and the speed after FUT.

my last question was:

so let me get this straight
after the throttle, there no fix number of the speed a customer going to have and if p1 set it to be 1 bytes per second, there nothing a customer can do about it?

Did p1 start to block p2p torrent already ? i couldnt get 1k with any torrent... but i can surf the international web... what's the problem here ?

what's new? my experience with P1 is as follows:

signed up on April 09, so far so good for four months then speed is slow like edge, complain but no one seems to care. fed up then walked into P1 office and want to terminate my subs, they say gotta pay RM 999.00. i said fu@k that, i want my subs cancelled and i don't want any monies to be paid to P1 and i'll complain to multimedia commission. i never owe p1 any subscription fees and never went above 10 gigs a month according to their system, i've complained soooo many times. they say their technician gonna call me three days time. i said fu@k that too. i'll speak to their manager... guess what? i'm no longer a jockstrap for P1 w1max..

Damn I'm happier and with that money i'm paying, i could be with streamix 2 mbps line, which by the way i'm using now.

I don't know what happen to my line this few weeks is slow but still can use but now NO LINE AT ALL !!! what's the problem !!!

P1 Wimax down in Subang Jaya USJ area since yesterday night. RSSI this morning is -104.82 meaning no signal at all. Worst of all P1 Customer Service 1300800888 totally useless. Can't call always engaged!!!!!!!
